I want to get pregnant despite having irregular menses..

Hello everyone.
I am new here
I find this site very interesting and i seize the opportunity to thank the admin.
Well my problem is that i have irregular menses since i am married. I am 22 years old, This july will be the 2nd wedding anniversary. Basically speaking i have my mense only 3 times or 4 times per year. i have visited all kind of GREAT Dr...but in vain.
