Im 22 y/o and have been trying to concieve for about 7 months now with no luck. I am and have been irregular for as long as i can remember. Last 2011 i went as far as 5 months with out a period i went to the doctor and they said i had polyps. i was supposed to go back to get blood work done but i wasnt able to go back at the time because i no longer had insurance. So i just left it alone. i did finally get my period not regularly but every other month or so. Last year i started dating my bf and we've been trying to concieve. My last period was July 27, 2012. So its now been 8 months since ive had a period.. Ive took several pregnancy tests but all come back as negative. Ive gained about 15 pounds since my last period. A couple months ago i was experiencing back pains as well as my breast were hurting alot and they also did get bigger. I also have abdominal pains every now and then. My bf says i get moody too lol. I have yet to make an appointment with the doctor but id like to know if anyone has had this similar experience. Im wondering if it has anything to do with the polyps that the doctor had told me i had? Any suggestions?
