I want to stop stimulating myself

I have 18 days missed my period already I feel like im always gotta have period but its not every several days I have all the sign of pregnancy but my pt is negative is it the bumps around nipple in areola is really sure ur pregnant bcoz that's why really in my mind that make me think im pregnant I notice I have that suddenly bumps around my nipple and several days too can feel nausea back pain and thought im gonna have period but its not only spotting omg I go doctor already they do bloodtest but I still don't have the result I need to wait after 2 weeks I cant wait to know whats the result :(
