NEVER look at it again or you'll suffer erectile dysfunction for the rest of your life UNLESS you have porn, but that's not healthy. You've got to re-stimulate your own imagination and stop your dependance on external visual stimulation like porn.



Stop masterbating until the urge returns on it's own, don't just do it for the sake of doing it. Avoid porn like the plague, it will continue to cause your difficulties as long as it is in your life.



Good luck breaking the addiction, it can be worse than heroin.
