what's the cuases of too much porn

Hay I'm 14 and I've started watching strigt porn 2 years ago sometimes 5 times a day non stop but about 4 months ago I watched gay porn. And it turned me on like never before. I watched for a while and I switched again to usual but about a month ago I thougt of the idea of being gay and I tried watching gay porn and it turned me on more than strigt porn and I stile get exited over strigt porn but not like gay porn and now I don't have any sexual interest its about a week now I don't fear what people think of me I just don't wana be gay everything about homosexuality freakes me out. No efense to anyone I have no problem with. Gay people but at the moment I watch gay porn I get realy turned on but like I said I compleately lost interest in both sexes were I always gay and just got turned on by strigt porn becuase it was the first porn I saw or I'm I bored of strigt porn becuase I watched too much my fear is that if I Mary I woman I wuld not be able. To turn it up I wuld realy apritiate it if someone replys I suffer from hocd. And this realt meses up my life I just want to Mary a girl and have children like other people I've fel in love with girls but not men I get exited by. Women in public not men I don't like it when my friends tuch me but not the same with gals and can someone please tell me how they first relise they were gay thanx

You are at the age when you are defining your sexuality and all that stuff; puberty so to say.

I am aware that many, if not all teens, watch porn; but it doesn't affect anyone the same. Some take it more seriously , some get these doubts, some get depressed, some get wrong ideas about sex.

The more porn you watch, the more your brain is simulated. And it just craves for more and more and more. Just like drugs! Before you know it you start watching more extreme porn, gay porn, or weird japanese extreme porn because your brain keeps on asking for more excitement.

Watching porn at that age will only confuse you. I'd definitely stop if i were you. Give it some time, and i'm sure you feel much better and more confident.
