I don't have it in my throat only vaginal. and I took my two pills. oh and since I took my two pills, how long will choamydia take to go away

Wait a week before having sex - of any kind. Chlamydia is in your bloodstream and can be passed along.
Ideally you would have a follow up to make sure the infection is cured. Sometimes it isn't. In about 5% of cases the first dose does not cure the infection.
