It is hard to predict the EXACT day. You don't necessarily get pregnant the day you have sex, it can take 5 or more days to become pregnant.
She should have ovulated ABOUT 2 weeks before her period was due, if she is on a 28 day cycle. Anytime from about 5 days prior to or up until 2 days after ovulation is when she should have been most fertile.

unless it shows postive on a test or u/s missed period means nothing i missed mine but i have a cyst so thats why i didnt get it!! and
shes right 2 weeks usually before your period is due is around the time she would have conceived!! Good Luck..
