Something has to be wrong. I’m 15 and I’m the same height as an average 11 year old. My underwear is size 9-10 (UK) and my shoe size is 1-2 (kids) I haven’t pulled my foreskin over my end yet because it hurts so bad!! My voice is not high but somewhat deep. I have never produced semen before. Umm I have no armpit hair, like it just doesn’t grow, fair amount of pubes and asscrack hair. A slight bit of facial hair. Need help and advice PLEASE ASAP

Your a smaller guy that most likely just needs more time to grow and develop.
You have started puberty so there is no issue with that armpit hair happens latter in puberty for some guys it can be as late as 16 or 17.
It takes a long time to get your foreskin to retract if it hurts your pulling to hard.
Try it when your taking a bath and gently pull back on it and hold it for awhile and keep repeating it.
You don't want to force it if hurts stop.
Your well into puberty so you could be very close to producing semen if you masturbate it could happen as you reach orgasm or you could have a wet dream.
Other than being smaller your developing normally you still have lots of time to grow so hopefully all you need is more time for it to happen.
A visit to your doctor would help put your mind at ease but being a smaller guy does not mean something is wrong.

Hi I would consider myself about average for a 15 year old when it comes to puberty. You are most likely just a little late. I was late when I was 14 but now I grew and progressed through puberty rapidly.
