Hey! I just turned 14 three months ago and I think I just started puberty, I have some pubic hair and no armpit hair. I have also grown to 5 ft 6. I am also getting a small pimples on my forehead. My penis is 2.5 inches long flaccid and 3.9 inches erect. I feel like this is small and I'm hearing other people my age who are huge compared to mine, i think its because of puberty. One guy I know has a 7.5 inch penis (he sent pictures to someone and the person sent it to everyone) and I am a micropenis compared to that. Am I smaller then normal for starting puberty? Is my size normal? What's the average size? Thanks so much for reading this and helping me if you choose to.

Your size is just fine for your age and being in the early stages of puberty.
It will grow as you continue to go through puberty.
Armpit hair happens later on in puberty so no need to worry.
Your friend that is much bigger is nothing to be concerned about just like there are guys your age much bigger there will be some guys much smaller than you are.
It sounds like you are developing just as you should be.
All you need is more time to grow and develop.
