Im 17, is there a chance my penis can grow some more?

I'm 17, 18 in 3 weeks

my penis is rather small, i was wondering if there is any chance my penis can grow more. I'm very self conscious about it and its one of the reasons I'm not too interested in looking for a gf or having kids in the future. i dont think i can pleasure a girl, especially when I'm watching porn and seeing guys with like 10 inchers, lol

and i just got set up on a blind date and one of the few reasons im more than likely gonna pass on it is because my penis size, (another reason being if we go through with it, i'll have to spend a jillion dollars to take her to prom in a month or two, which i dont have the money for nor do i have the desire to go)
