How can I be healthy while being cheap? I don't want to lose weight, nor am I overwieght, but I have a lot of minor health problems that at 18 are worrying. I struggle standing up for long periods of time, longer than even the unhealthiest of my other friends. I have diabetes in my family and heart disease but that's it. I don't exercise, admittedly, but even my friends who are just as bad as me still are more functional. I take vitamins, even extra magnesium to help my anxiety, but lately even my 50 year old mother seems more spry and youthful than me. But excerising is a problem because of the problems I have, I can't get my heart rate up when I can't even walk!!! Any suggestions?
