I'm 19 and 10 weeks pregnant, i'm not ready to be a mom. how can I abort?

hi im 19 and 10 weeks pregnant im not ready to be a mom, the guy im pregnant by is really bad on drugs and is into heavy illegal business. i messed up. ive been taking ibuprofen twice at once a day, how many do i take for how long until i miscarry? or is there any other ways to speed up the process ? im sorry if i offend anybody and i really cant hear about “adoption” or any of that so please dont bring it up. planned parent hood is 8 hours away. please give me any kind of information
