Im 20 years old and i have hypertension, gerd, chronic migraines neuropathy , carpatunel. Asthma and recently diagnose with Irritable bowel syndrome. Every morning for the past four year i have tooken my medicine like the doctor told me to. In may of last year i was admitted to the hospital for a possible over dose but come to find out it wasent a over dose i had they said it was acute renal failure spent 10 days in the hospital then got out a few months later i was given vicdin i admit i abused it and overdose on it. Remind you this last year around the time i lost my son. After maybe in mid to late October my girlfriend noticed that i was never remembering stuff and i was like I'm not going to no doctor fine. We moved to Chicago to helo my aunt out well now im at tbe doctor and im explaining everything word from word and out of nowhere he say you have IBS he give me a medicine and say take it fine i take it as directed after that my girlfriend noticed i have to keep a fan right at my face to breath and she woke up one night and noticed i was grabbing my chest and she said i woke up with a panic attack and went unconscious and completely stopped breathing.i wake up tve next day in horrible lower and upper adominal pain which triggered a migraine I'm thinking im moving my arms n legs and she said baby your not moving at all this last four hours. After that i was cooking lunch i think i remember removing the pain from the oven and after that my vision went completely white and i hit the floor and my girlfriend said i wasn't breathing so she said 15 minutes went by i woke up and i didn't remember anything period. Every night i keep holdong my chest , going unconscious and not breathing. I have been in the hospital numours times for similar episodes and my heart rate stays up it can range from 145-170 laying , sitting or standing even though my blood pressure is staying good. I have had numours test complete from Gi doctors, Ent doctors, Neuro doctors , cardiologist, pain management, primary care and the list goes on and on and on and everyone of my doctors are lost for words because some test come out adomial, some come out as undetermined. I have had every blood test from every std test to every dna test possible, xrays, ct scans, mri scan , colonoscopy, upper gi scop, explortory sugery and the list can go on for hours. I have had 1,2,3 and 4 and 5 opions from the best doctors and they can't seem to figure out why the test are coming out undermine, adominal and etc. And the more medications they give it's stop the problem for a few days and it start right back up and we have reach tne maximum dose of all my medications.
