hi im 15 and i weigh 157lb. my hight is i think 5'6 or 5'7 and i was wondering how much should i way in order to get a FLAT stomache and a v-line without exersizing. im loosing weight also but i wanna know how much i should weight in order for this flat stomach and my v-line to appear. can you answer my question? thanks. Ask your doctor what your goal should be. Remember too, you are still growing and developing muscle. Focus on a good, well balance diet, and moderate exercise. Avoid heavy lifting until you have stropped growing.
