I'm 7 wks since 2x CABG started rehab 2 weeks ago I have been tired after rehab Tuesday after I got home I started to get extremely tired and when I would move around I would have faint chest pains on left near top of where my heart is located. Next morning my blood pressure gets crazy I was short of breath I took my BP 180/110 I took a Lisinopril 10 mg waited an hour checked BP it started to go down 1 1/2 hours later BP started going up again took another Lisinopril as of now BP HAS GONE DOWN 135/81 I usually run 121/78. Is this part of the healing process or could something be wrong
