Hi, I'm not sure if I chose the right place to post my question but anyways it's quite embarrassing but I need to know.
My mom is gonna take me to the doctor next week for a check up (we have a family history of cancer so she is determined to keep us all healthy), so I was wondering if there is any doctor here on the forum who can tell me if by doing just a regular anal examination (I'm a guy btw) is it possible for a doctor to tell that I ever had anal sex with another guy? I never had unprotected sex and never had any problems, but the last time was a couple days ago and I'm kinda having sex for half a year or so.
I don't want my mom to know anything about my private life, you know what I mean, but IF the doctor can tell it for sure (that I'm not exactly a virgin in the ass department I mean) then I think I should do it before the "news" hit the fan. So I'm a little panicking here, any help would be great. tx

I'm a physician and no - we can't tell who's had anal sex before. Plus, no doctor would even check even if there was a way.

Even if you have a family history of colo-rectal cancer and they're going to do a camera test (Colonoscopy) they'd never know who'd had anal sex or not. Don't worry about this one bit!

I had haemorrhoids and had to see a colorectal surgeon. After examining me he said he could tell I engage in receptive anal sex. Not sure what exactly gives it away.

Thats a myth, your vagina does not stretch and "get loose".

They can only tell if it is habitual or there is tearing on the wrong side if the sphincter. If there is no evidence of habitual muscle memory relaxation or scaring then a doctor of consultant can not tell. And for your information i am a doctor.
