No. The HIPA Law protects you from your doctor or any medical person/legal personnel, including Lawyers in giving out any/all information concerning you and or your health or legal issues.
Unless you have signed a consent form with your doctor giving him/her permission to discuss your medical history with your mom/whomever, this information can not be disclosed even if mom calls the doctor and tries to find out.
This might make you happy but we parents hate it. A child as young as 13 or 14 can have medical procedures done without poor mom knowing anything about it. >;)
But yet, mom/dad are responsible for these kids until they are 18 years old, financially and legally.
On the other hand, it all depends where you live.

HIPPA law aside, it is unlikely that your Dr. would even be able to know you have been sexually active without you telling them (short of an STD/Pregnancy).
