That is great that it works for you but it doesn’t mean it’s going to work out for him and his wife. Understanding that people think differently and feel differently about sex and yes I understand that he said OK to his wife but right now he is having different thoughts and if he is questioning having his wife have sex with another man and he should tell her not to do it.

I'd say make sure you have boundaries and make sure thaybyou have discussed lots of things before it happens. Also bring up that some guys might try to seduce her and alienate her and to be aware of that. Talk with her about the fact that she will stay with you no matter what.
