It could be anything from seasonal affective disorder (SAD) to the increase in coffee intake. SAD results from not getting enough sunlight (or Vitamin D from it) so that a person begins to feel depression and other symptoms. Eating all the time could be a symptom as well. You decreased your exercise so this can cause hunger. When a person exercises, this keeps you from being as hungry. Or maybe you are just bored and think you want to eat. Caffiene is a stimulant so it can make you feel like you are needing to eat. You can try getting a lamp especially made to help with seasonal affective disorder, but you may want to increase your activity level and see if that works first.
