For most of my life, I didn't eat till sometimes after 2 pm! I just wasn't hungry. I didn't snack much, either. I eat lunch around 2, then dinner around 6 and that would be it. Then, it started a few weeks ago. Suddenly, I am ALWAYS hungry!!! I wake up in the morning and I can't wait to eat breakfast! That usually satiates me till about 11:30am. Then I am DYING for lunch. Even WHILE I am eating, I am having those "hunger feelings" and I don't want to stop eating. I used to eat ONE SMALL serving of dinner, now I eat TWO LARGE servings and I am still hungry! As far as my body thinking that it may be missing something in my diet, I don't think so... What I eat hasn't changed. Thyroid issues? Possible... It's been about a year since it was last checked. I can't get it checked again until health insurance kicks in in June. Does anyone else experience this?

Also, try to have 5 or 6 small healthy meals in the day to see if that satiates you.
