im bleeding a week after my period and more when it comes its really red blood

hi im 28 i got the rod implant 2 and a half years ago at first my period wasnt regular but then it did manage to become regular but the past couple of months ive had a period then a week or less later im bleeding again its nt a heavy period but i dont really get heavy periods anyway.the blood is very red and i probably dont have a break from bleeding apart from 7days out of a month.i do have three kids i had my last child nearly 3 years ago but i have milk coming from my nipple when i put pressure on my breast i am really worried i am sexually active at the moment but not sure if u can still fall pregnant when u have the rod implant cause i no nothing is 100% affective.i am really worried i havent been to the doctors if anyone has any advice i would love to hear it as im am really stressed and worried about it.thanks                                       ps should u still have milk coming from ur breast nearly three years after having ur last child? i did not breast feed at all
