Hey, i just turned 16 and im concerned about my penis because when flacid its only 2.5 inches, but im mostly worried abou my girth when erect, its a bit more than 4 inches, is that too small?

Hey Robert:) Wi boys are different you know.Maybe you are a little late in your puberty?I went into it when I was 12,and now I am almost 15,in dec,and mine is 3-4 inches soft and 7 inches hard.So I am sure if you wait 6-9 months,something good has happened down there.(you must excuse my gramar,but I am from Norway,and language is not my strongest side):-D

No it's not small I'm 16 also and have a (just about) 5 inch girth with a 5 inch length, so you are a little below average (and so am I) but you'll find someone who likes it (I did and she actually thinks I'm to big!)
