Hey guys. I read these stories online and I see the comments that say that he is 12 and has an eight inch penis. I'm 12 and only have a 2.5 inch penis. I'm kinda embarrassed. Is it possible to have a penis 8 inches and to be 12 years of age. Please tell me!

Is it possible, sure. Just as its possible he's 6' 3" tall too. Is it likely, no.
The average size of an ADULT penis is 5 - 5 1/2".
The other "problem" is that many boys still haven't started puberty. There are no averages for a 12 year old. Your size is fine and you have nothing to be embarrassed about.
