Second, There would have been some semen in your vagina. It is unlikely you would have felt it. It would have mostly come from inside the condom or from his urethra as he pulled out. It wouldn't have been a lot but it only takes one sperm.
The chances depend upon how much semen and where you are in your cycle. If you are near the middle, when you ovulate, there is a chance of getting pregnant.

Usually you'd test when your period is due. For better results you'd test 7-10 days after it was due.
I'd probably wait a week or two from when you expect your period. If you're really irregular I'd only be guessing.
