Okay so I'm just 16 a week ago and I have a lot of pubic hair, not much facial hair and I'm wondering why I have no armpit hair, all my friends do and the fact that my girlfriend grows armpit hair and shaves is a bit down putting to me so is something wrong?

It's NORMAL.
Most guys get armpit hair much later than their pubic hair. 15-16 is not uncommon.
Do NOT compare yourself to others. We all develop at different rates/times.
It goes along with the "not much" facial hair. It'll happen in time.
Women also develop earlier than guys - again, no comparision.
You are normal.

I'm gunna give you pros and cons about not having armpit hair:
Pros: you won't smell as bad, some girls get disgusted, you don't have to shave it, armpit hair makes a horrible smelly odor
Cons: keeps u warm?????? Lololol
