I have poor health ive taken recent drugs like cannabis,ecstacy,coke,mcat,rezzin,and speed but now i learned a big lesson to myself i had a breakdown while i was at school and had to go to hospital because the drugs were having an big effect on my life. I only smoke abit of weed now and then, but my other problem is drinking alcohol is another big issue in my life at the moment and i dont want to turn into an alchoholic later on in life, the main thing I wanted to get to is it makes  me eat alot at the same time because I feel not right with myself and im always eating the wrong foods. when i feel unhappy I eat to make myself happy I also eat because i just want to eat but just need someone to tell me on how i can challenge this and lose weight and stop the cannabis smokeing and to probebly lower my drinking abit ?

im weigh 15 - 16 stone

and im also worried about my heart aswel with panic attacks aswell just need help on how to control them?

i have lost 4 stone i will be honest it was hard and i took a while. i just had a balanced diet and i also leveled out my carbs and protein Ect.. in the middle of losing weight i did go of track and it took me  a while to get back on track this is what  i done

1 write down what you eat every day for a week with the amont of calories at the end of the day

2 you should only have a certain amout and if they are over 200o you might want to just think i will change that buscit for a an appleand just change little thing in the day

3 do not eat after 8 o'clock you calorie in take doubles or even trebles.

4. if you have a sweet tooth (like me) or have little cravings for chocolate then get dark not white or milk. if you dont like dark get milk but DO NOT GET WHITE chocolate it is the most fattest chocolate ever and its mainley sugar.

5 have one day were you can go over on you calories by 400 and no more i would pick a weekend time. if you go out on the weekend then that does include alcohol
