i have lost 4 stone i will be honest it was hard and i took a while. i just had a balanced diet and i also leveled out my carbs and protein Ect.. in the middle of losing weight i did go of track and it took me a while to get back on track this is what i done
1 write down what you eat every day for a week with the amont of calories at the end of the day
2 you should only have a certain amout and if they are over 200o you might want to just think i will change that buscit for a an appleand just change little thing in the day
3 do not eat after 8 o'clock you calorie in take doubles or even trebles.
4. if you have a sweet tooth (like me) or have little cravings for chocolate then get dark not white or milk. if you dont like dark get milk but DO NOT GET WHITE chocolate it is the most fattest chocolate ever and its mainley sugar.
5 have one day were you can go over on you calories by 400 and no more i would pick a weekend time. if you go out on the weekend then that does include alcohol
