I have been diagnosed with ovarian cysts two years ago as well as endometriosis and I have been on birth control since then to ease the symptoms. Two months ago I lost my job so I had to stop birth control. I got my period on the 2nd of this month and I had unprotected sex three days ago. Today as I was working around the house I started to get intense cramps along with nausea and dizziness. I had slight light brown bleeding with these cramps. Now, two hours later the cramps and dizziness are gone and I'm no longer bleeding. Could this be an issue from my cysts or implantation bleeding.
