My boyfriend and I have been actively trying to conceive. We're not pressuring it at all, mostly having fun with it. I'm 25, and my cycle is 29 days, 99% of the time. My last period was December 17th. The last 6 days my breasts have been extremely tender, and I've had this achy pain on the lower left side of my abdomen/ lower back. As of yesterday I started "spotting" I think. It was a light pink colour only when I wipe. Now it's brown-ish, and I have to wear a liner. My mother said it could possibly be a cyst, so I've made a doctors appointment, but just looking for a little info. Any answers or insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

PLEASE READ!! As of the 10th of January, just a week after I noticed the spotting/bleeding, I went to emerg with severe abdominal pain on my left side. After bouts of blood work and an ultrasound, I was told I had an ectopic pregnancy in my left Fallopian tube. This news was terrifying. But with a great team of doctors, I'm in full recovery mode already and am healing at a great rate with positive chances of conception in the future.
