Hi, I am very discouraged. For the last two years my innner vagina has deep blood shot red spots, no vaginal discharge, odor or discomfort accept during intercourse. It is very painful. And I am very dry. I had chemotherapy fairly young so I had an early menapause. I should be enjoying sex but can't because of this pain. Lubricants don't do the trick. What is it and what can I do??????? :( :(
