I have similar symptoms. My left testicle aches as well as my left leg when I drive my car. It starts after I've been driving for about a half an hour. The issue with my left leg is my hamstring starts aching and it seems like I need stretching. The pain then seems to go down to my left shin. My left testicle starts aching usually about 15 minutes after I start driving. If I stop and get out of the car it stops almost instantly. Lately I've put a base ball under my hamstring and this seems to eliminate the pain instantly.
I have noticed a small soft lump on my testicle, but it's very tender to the touch. After some research, it seems to show symptoms of a spermatcele (spelling). Also read a cancerous lump/tumor usually isn't tender to the touch.
I finally went to the doc and he's sending me for a doppler leg scan for possible DVT, (which I've already had one and these aren't the same symptoms) and for a sonogram on testicle. My testicle has been aching alot more recently especially while sitting anywhere. This is really starting to concern me.
I've researched and haven't found any connection with leg and testicle pain. Is there anyone (medical types/doctors) out there who can shed any light on this? My doctor doesn't tell me anything. He's been a good doctor and I'm finally comfortable with him, and I don't really want to change.
Desperately need some guidance/advise,
