was walking the street about 8 weeks ago and i felt a sharp pain in my stomach. just directly under the rib cage by the right hand side. the  pain is on and off but now i have pain round the stomach and sometimes in that one spot, i feel dizzy and i experience back pain too. i wonder wat the cause of the problems. i also experience irregular heat beat, something  craws up to my heart and gives it a irregular heat beat. it skips one beat i guess. could it be worm or other thing that i feel lives in my stomach. i feel something  is living in my stomach and makes my stomach warm.
