I'm sixteen years old and have always had problems digesting my food at a normal rate. I recently have had even more troubles with it. It have gotten to the point where I have seen a GI doctor. He diagnosed me with gastritis and treated me for it twice, but the pain doesn't go away. I have a constant burning in my stomach and when I'm hungry and start eating I feel extremely full to the point of vomiting so I haven't been able to eat a whole lot. I am worried because I feel very weak and I am already underweight for my age. I also have a hard enlarged lump on my right side slightly below my rib cage which is causing me extreme pain.. doctors haven't been able to find anything through tests or xrays and I just want to know what could be wrong

Hope ur doin well. Stomach pains causes are very numerous. If the pain was severe, then, obviously something is wrong. I'm not a MD, but do no from life experience and prof. experience, that there are reasons for severe internal pain in the abdomen. I had forms of gastritis for years, and years. Some of which I ignored, most I minimized. Till and ambulance was called to my place of work, due to severe pain in the gut. Turns out, I had been suffering from GERD, for years. Good Luck ;-)
