Irregular menstral cycles: Loosing tissue, membrane like sub

I'm losing some kind of substance that resembles the Amniotic Sac.
With the amount of blood I'm losing I'm still having to use Maternity Sanitary Liners during my periods.
I'm not currently on any form of Contraception.
I'm 21 years old, 5'4", and whilst I'm not happy with my weight, I'm a very healthy 52Kgs (114.64 pounds).
Currently I'm on Vitamin D tablets as I have a deficiency.
I've just started my second period after child birth today, and both periods I've had since child birth have been painful enough to compare to Stage One Labour. I'm dizzy, moodier than normal, and before getting my first period following child birth, my post-pregnancy bleeding lasted around 4-5 weeks. I get chronic headaches with my periods as well as low blood pressure, excessive sweating, hot flushes, and heart palpitations.
In between my periods I get cramps, some spotting, and it can sometimes make me bed ridden for days on end.
I'm currently sexually active with the one sexual partner. We have both been tested for STDs, and are both clear of anything. During sexual intercourse it is quite painful, on the odd occasion I will bleed not long afterwards (spotting), and it almost feels as if someone is sitting on my abdominal area.
I only drink alcohol on special occasions, so maybe once or twice a year, otherwise I drink milk drinks, soft drinks and water. I've quit smoking cigarettes over two months ago. I have used some illegal drugs in the past but stopped well over a year before I fell pregnant. I can sleep anywhere from 8 hours to 12 hours at any one time and my diet consists of junk food, snacks and one decent meal a day.
If it helps any, I breastfed for 7-8 weeks and LO is now bottle fed, and was born 2nd, September 2015 (in Australia)

I am 21, almost 22, 5'4", and 155 lbs. I received the depo provera shot in late october, had unprotected sex with my boyfriend 3days after that. Then 11 days later, I was cramping so bad, and I felt something slide out of me. I went to the bathroom, and saw this membranous thing on my pad. It was a pinkinsh yellow thing, that had a clump of blood attached to it, and the membrane thing was sticky, and looked like it had blood vessels going through it (like your eye). To this day, i have been non stop bleeding, and little clots of blood have been coming out as well. No other membranous structures. I get irritable and cramps, as well as a horrible pain that shoots up my anus, but these are symptoms that are normal with my periods. They are usually 8 days of heavy bleeding, but the shot has made it the full 3 months of bleeding. I also get cramps a lot, and the shooting pain a lot. I have had only 1 sexual partner at a time, and haven't had sex in about 3 weeks. I will occasionally get the shooting pain up my anus during normal intercourse, and its usually a jolt of pain.
I am not taking any medications, and my eating habits are good. I sleep alright. I wake up a lot at night. And I do not smoke and have never had a sip of alcohol.
I am supposed to get my second shot, but I have decided id rather deal with my pain and lengthy periods than experience bleeding for 3 straight months...
My doctor didnt understand what I was talking about, I thought I miscarried!

Not all this but yesss some of this happens to me tooo...today after waiting for 15 days i m down...i was scared that y my periods are late because i n my partner had intercourse for first tym last month...
During the cycle i do not loose much but a lot of tht white liquid nothingg else...amount of bleeding is also normall...i m not on anyyy birth control...i m 19...n m overweightt unluckilly...symtomps duringg mrnstrual cycle areee severe backachee headachee vomits severe pain in legs n stomachh that is sometimes uncontrolable...m not sexualyy active just had it for first tym n got lil bleedng on tht day so i n my partner decided we wontt have it again as its affectng my health but yes intercousre hurtss a lott to me a lot.. I only have had n will hav 1 partner onlyy that is the current one...n i dntt drinkkk liquorr or do not smoke..just normall food...
Today i experienced a furry white substance coming outtt withh blood on my first day...plz let me kniw wt it is if u can...

Please help me I'm 36 years old and been on shot for 8 years took a break for one had baby six months ago. Got back on shot. Never spot or bleed at all. Last Sunday I filled my driver seat and a floor mat with blood loss and there was so much it started coming out from the back of my pants up my back down my legs. Plus big clums kept coming out. After that nothing at all. Then 3 days later today as a matter of fact I'm driving to work and it happens again. This time more blood. I didn't think I even had that much blood to loose in my body. I'm scared. Help me please

I went on low dose BC called aviane about 4 mo ago. And took it nonstop so I would not get a period ( prob bad idea) but wanted to increase iron levels. Anyways stopped bec randomly had a miscarriage while I was taking them on time. Then after had spurratic tissue with clotting come out a month later ( stopped taking birth control pills bec wanted hormones to normalize. Then a week later random bleeding again for a day and tissue come out . Next few days later a fibroid or cyst comes out with more blood. I have never had such a bad men’s trail experience in my life and I think it’s bec if the aviane.. it’s bec it has progestin in it not progesterone, bec progestin does not protect us from the ill effects of estrogen. Estrogen dominance causes proliferation of tissue especially if endometrial tissue anywhere in the body most commonly around the uterus area. Anyways... if birth control pills actually had bio identical progesterone in it no the cheap progestin would save us women a lot of suffering, blood, miscarriages, hysterectomys.... and endometriosis. If only humans would invest in each other again and care about health more would we lower misery in lives.
