i am 37 and used to get regular menstruation. I had sex recently and missed my period for a month. I started bleeding again after 1 month 18 days. Twice the first day, it came in lumps, after that I am getting mild but continued bleeding for the last 9 days till now. Is there any chances of bleeding while in pregnancy?? Please help me

My first time on being on the depo shot was on july but i decided not to get it again i had unprotected sex and now that im off it i havent had my period for almost 2 months now a week ago i noticed i was spotting brownish and i started to spot again today and i took a pregnacy test because ive been nauses, dizzy and ive been haveing a head aches a lot but it came out negative the last time i had sex was 6 weeks ago and ive been haveing abdominal pain i dont know what it could be??
