Is EKG reliable? I ask this because my EKG results are showing that I have arrhythmia and to be honest, I have not felt any chest pain or other irregularities. It is true that I do not workout or engage myself in any physical activities so there were not any stress for my body. Still, there is arrhythmia. How can that be?

First of all, you have to realize that avoiding physical activities or engaging actively in them does not have to do anything with heart health problems. Even if you are in perfect body shape, you can still have cardiac trouble. As for EKG reliability, you are free to ask for a second opinion, but I am afraid that the result will be the same.
