Did you period start or end on 30 January?
If start, it is unlikely it was the ex. That would be day 3 of your cycle and you wouldn't normally ovulate until between the 11th and 16th day. For the boyfriend it would have been day 7, so it is possible.
No one, no doctor, nobody can tell exactly when you conceived. Sperm can survive about 5 days.
