Most boys in their early teens get erections very easily. As you get into your later teens they don't happen as often so it can be normal.
It's a bit unusual, but not impossible, that you have never had a wet dream since you don't masturbate. Semen builds up and old semen needs to get released. If you don't masturbate that happens with a nocturnal emission. You may not even know you had one.
You do have other signs of puberty, right?

Thoughtful mothers, when they begin to notice frequent erections in their boys, will begin a special nighttime ritual at least several times a week.
