I'm 26, and have never had sex. Since the age of about 14 my penis has been weak, and I just can't achieve a full erection, and I also suffer from premature ejaculation, (as well as a whole host of other problems to long to list here). I just don't know what to do about it, and I have to say it's really starting to get me down; I really want to have a meaningful, normal relationship with a woman, but I'm even finding it difficult to talk to women these days because I feel so inadequate. So my question is can a man and a woman have a meaningful relationship without sex? Or is it enough for a woman to be in a relationship where she is only ever stimulated orally or manually? I really want to find someone to share my life with, but I couldn't bare the thought of the person I was with being unsatisfied or unhappy because of me; can anyone make any suggestions that might help me?
Thanks
Tom

Definitely possible if she loves you, keep a well made vibrator at your place with some lube, while using it on her touch her a lot all over so she feels that really physical closeness that is so endearing about sex. Sex is usually important because of the private intimacy, orgasms are easy with toys and oral, so lots of kissing, holding, touching and murmured endearments. Definitely possible.

It is possible but make sure you are up front with her about the problem or she may feel you are not attracted to her. If you have not you really should see a urologist about this problem to make sure it is not something that can be treated.
