I believe that any health problem may be treated with herbs and herbal supplement. I’m drinking three cups of green tea daily because it’s good for cleanse body. I’m taking black cohosh for my problem with menstrual cramps and aloe vera for my problems with digestion. I’m wondering is it possible to take too much of a herb/tea, supplement?

Well, generally it’s better to use herbal supplement and tea instead drugs but you need to be careful. Some herbs, like black cohosh or ginkgo, may cause certain side effects if you use it constantly for more then six months. Green tea is very good and it can not do you any harm.
