I have been leaking a clear substance from my left breast it seems to be when pressure is put onto it, also there has been a lump underneath were the liquid is coming from.. should i be worried? Get back as soon as please

You should see your doctor for an exam. The concern is the lump more than the discharge but both need to be evaluated.
