Okay Were both in our early to mid twenties and scared out of our minds. We use condoms we were using the pill but stopped cause my GF doesn't like them( they make her sick as a dog) I pull out before the moment happens to also make sure as well. I'm kinda OCD I check the condom regularly and take lots of precautions. That being said I don;t know if my girlfriend is pregnant. Its hard to tell she damaged her ribs not long ago and so fatigue and soreness is going to be there already. She always has been a frequent pee-er. She had a cold and nausea are kind of there but I don't know if it could be related. She has always also had irregular periods so its hard to keep track. One time we were having sex and I pulled out and the condom was hanging out of her and I went on the bed. She checked and nothing was in her so I thought we were good. But she has swollen breasts and I guess her breasts changed color a little bit but its not noticeable to me though. so its got me wondering could she be pregnant also our condoms have spermicide. I really scared I can't think of a way it could happen but any help is good help. Thank you

Her symptoms are not specific to pregnancy.
Often, the first sign of pregnancy is a missed period. If she is "late" then she should test. She can also test if it has been more than 2-3 weeks after you've had sex.
When you pull out, hold onto the end of the condom.
