I'm 13 and last time I measured I had a 6.5" inch penis, I'm not black, I'm a first-generation American, both my parents are Cuban. My friends tease me because I'm not circumcised, and claim their penises to be 7 inches. Am I below average? Will my non-circumcision really become a problem once I start to go out with girls?

You are NOT small. Average for a 13-14 year old is 3-4" erect. Average for an adult is 5.1".
Congratulations on being uncircumcised. It's to your advantage that you are uncut. You'll have more pleasure during sex than your cut friends.
Can you retract your foreskin yet? Many can't until age 16 or so but you can start stretching now.
