I am circumcised, but underneath the head of my penis all around, but sometimes just on one side there is what seems like puss. It doesn't hurt, there is no swelling or redness, but it just won't go away. Also the head of my penis is a little white and slightly swollen. I went to a urologist and they said they didn't know what it was and just to follow up and not to have sex or masturbate for several weeks. They also took a urine sample and everything was okay. Again there is no pain or redness, I'm just worried because it's been a long time and there is also no open wound or anything. Beside that it just looks weird and I don't want sexual partners to think that I have some sort of venereal disease.
