The last time I had sex was back in 2012, which was protected. I took an HIV test at 4 weeks and 7 months and both came out negative. But, somewhere in 2013 I received a BJ with condom on. Since than I haven't had any sexual encounter but my scrotum has had this problem for about 3 times, but I always thought it was a jock itch because after it heal, it would leave a black region in the inner thigh. Last monday, I was wearing a really tight boxer which caused a friction in the inner thigh area and scrotum so I changed it yesterday but I noticed these red sore looking area on both side of the scrotum. Is this herpes or just sore spots from the friction caused by wearing a tight boxer? Here's a picture of both sides of the scrotum.
