3 days ago I went to take a shower and noticed that my scrotum was red, itchy, dried out and peeling. The only thing different I had done earlier was shave with a razer and wash with a new soap. 

After googling my symptoms, it seemed like had either contact dermatitis or scrotal eczema, however upon closer inspection I noticed small brown spots on my scrotum. 

These foamed when peroxide was applied to them, which makes me wonder whether it is a bacterial/fungal infection caused by small cuts when shaving.

The skin on the scrotum is red and shiny, sensitive to the touch, dried out, leathery and peeling
