Is this herpes or not?

Is this herpes or not? I was giving my gf oral sex and my lips were only chapped, a few days later my gf starts to see bumps around her vagina and I get a cold sore. The bumps looked like bug bites and soon scabbed up and started healing in just a few days. She was in a different country when she found the bumps. And she found a spider in her bed. During that time she got 5 more bumps. One of the having clusters of little bumps next to them. All of the bumps hurt her though. They never blistered up and they seem like they are healing. They are itching and burning her too. We looked at herpe bumps but the didn't look the same. She has a white discharge and we think it's a yeast infection. It hurts her too pee and she is peeing more frequently. She feels sick. And she doesn't have a fever. What could it be we are really scared and don't know what to do. What could it be because she has some symptoms of herpes but the bumps don't look like the genital herpes we searched on the Internet.
