Is this Raphe Problem?

Long story short, I suffer from cold sores and every time I get one I get paranoid that I have spread it to other parts of my body and I'm constantly checking my body to make sure I haven't. So last night whilst I was checking I noticed that my Raphe looked like it had stretched. Starting from the top of my penis it is a very fine line. However as it moves down it gets fatter and fatter - almost as if it has stretched. At the base of my penis it is actually 2cm wide. It is dark pink in colour and obviously I'm concerned that firstly, its not normal and secondly if a girl notices it she may mistake it as a infection. At first I thought it has split, but there is no extra skin around which would indicate a split and the bumpy line is on one side.

Obviously I would want to get some advice of people here before I go seek medical advice.
