I am dealing with a pretty painful situation.
I masturbated earlier today and now (1 hour +) later I am unable to urinate. I know that it can take time for the urethra to switch over but 1, 2, 3 hours? This is really painful.
Last time this happened to a long extent I had to get a catheter at the ER.
My urologist says I have "Primary Bladder Neck Obstruction" and I'm currently taking Terazoin.
Any suggestions/help ideas as to what I should do? Go to ER/Urologist? :-(

How often is this happening to you? You said you had this thing happen to you once before and you had a catheter placed in the ER. The bladder can be very problematic if restrains your urine inside. It can get enlarged and it can also get infected. Have they tested you urine in any way? Are there any infections presented? You could try to gently massage the area where your bladder is. Also how long have you been taking Terazoin? Could this be a side effect from the medication that you are using right now? How much water do you drink per day? You have to drink at least two litter of water per day.
