I HAD A BOWEL MOVEMENT THAT IT LOOKS LIKE IF I POOP MY INTESTINE OUT IT THICK AND SLIMY WITH A VERY BAD SMELL. I HAD BEAN HAVING CRAMPING FOR FEW DAYS AND VERY PAINFUL BAWEL MOVEMENTS. WHAT IS THAT?
