itchy penis gland with slightly swollen foreskin what is this?

Hi this forum might save my life literally. i'm an 18 year old male that just recently discovered that my foreskin was supposed to retract by itself with ease. I dont have full Phimosis i'm sure. I think i might have paraphimosis, but i really disagree with circumcision so i prepared myself mentally to attempt the many stretching excerices. With each attempt things seemed to be going very well. I got the foreskin fully retracted cleaned up for ...the first time ( i blame my parents lack of teaching yes i know) Then one day i noticed the head of my penis seemed to be quite itchy, i pulled back the foreskin only to see the right side swollen and red. the source of the itching seems to be coming from the glands, but there is no visible mark. only the foreskin is swollen at times. i have looked at everything from diabetes to, Jock itch, to ..........cancer o jesus. To add more information if i leave it alone say when i go to sleep, when i wake up the itching isnt there, but it soon proceeds as the day goes on. could it be the veins? HELP ME PLEASE ( i normally diagnose myself, but i really need help this time guys
